White Chocolate & Pink Peppercorn Bourbon Steamer

This is the kind of cocktail we like to whip up when it’s still cold and dreary outside and good friends are on their way over. It’s a little unusual, with a hint of sweetness thanks to melted white chocolate, and is made with warming bourbon and a touch of vanilla. We love to top each glass with a dusting of crushed pink peppercorns, an entirely optional garnish, but one that adds that little something special when you serve it. 



WHAT YOU'LL NEED

3/4 cup almond milk

30 g white chocolate, finely chopped

1 oz bourbon


1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Cracked pink peppercorns (to garnish)


HOW IT'S DONE

In small saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat until bubbles form around the edges. Whisk in white chocolate until melted. Stir in bourbon and vanilla.

Remove from heat and pour into heatproof glass. Sprinkle with cracked pink peppercorns to garnish.

Makes 1 cocktail
