Sour Cherry Skillet S'mores
Nothing says summer is here quite like a bubbly skillet of s'mores. This is the ideal way to prepare s'mores if you're looking to feed a crowd, no open fire needed. We've added sour cherries to our version, a tart counterpart to oh-so-sweet marshmallows.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• 150g dark chocolate (at least 70%), chopped • 1/3 cup sour cherries, thawed and patted dry if frozen • 2 cups jumbo marshmallows (approx) • Graham crackers, for dipping
Add chocolate to bottom of 9-inch cast iron skillet. Top with sour cherries. Arrange marshmallows in single layers over top.
Bake in 350°F oven until marshmallows are golden and chocolate has melted, about 30 minutes. For even more caramelized flavour, broil until deep golden brown, about 2 minutes. Serve with graham crackers.
