Cherry Pie Sundae

Our signature move at the moment comes in the form of this Cherry Pie Sundae. Think cherry filling with graham crackers, a salted caramel sauce and a generous dose of ice cream. We sure didn't need much convincing to whip this one up. 



This is the kind of dessert you'll want to serve up after a barbecue, or as an afternoon pick-me-up when lunch was a little light. We've made this one with seasonal cherries, but you can substitute with other ripe fruit as they make their way to your farmer's market: berries, apricots, nectarines and peaches are all delicious choices. And this is barely a recipe, just a few ingredients that you don't really have to do much to but that pair well together. Easy peasy.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED (per sundae) • A couple handfuls of sweet cherries, pitted and chopped • Squeeze of lemon juice

• 3 scoops vanilla ice cream

• Caramel sauce (we're partial to salted caramel) • Graham crackers, broken into chunks • Softly whipped cream


In a small bowl, combine cherries with a generous squeeze of lemon juice. In tall glass, layer ice cream, caramel sauce, cherries and graham crackers, Repeat the layers. Top with softly whipped cream and top off with some graham cracker crumbs and your prettiest cherry to garnish.
